Wow your guests & rock your wedding with a fully personalised ceremony with all the bells and whistles at a venue of your choice, complete with legal registration with the department of home affairs. For couples who want the most out of their special day.
This is where we throw the rulebook out the window… well, except the legal bits—we quite like staying out of jail. You call the shots. Civil, spiritual, religious, non-religious, interfaith, blended—we’ll make it happen and make it yours. Then we take your story and turn it into something your guests will actually enjoy listening to. Think laughter, romance, a few sniffles, and zero “how much longer is this going to be?” moments. We don’t do copy-paste ceremonies. Ever. If it doesn’t sound like you, it doesn’t make the cut.

Simple Wedding Ceremony & Registration at your venue
The No-Fuss Ceremony (aka KISS – Keep It Simple, Sweetheart)
Short, simple, but still meaningful. A standard ceremony with traditional vows and ring exchanges—no personalisation, no fluff. Relaxed, sincere, meaningful and quicker than the Full Monty (usually no more than 15 – 20 minutes)… which means more time to celebrate. Love it or hate it—but if simple is your vibe, this is it.
- We make sure all your paperwork is sorted before the big day
- Officiant comes to you (travel costs apply—petrol isn’t free, sadly)
- A short, no-fuss ceremony (about 15 minutes, in and out, beautifully done)
- Marriage Register prepped in advance—sign, smile, done (you get a copy)
- We handle the Home Affairs run for you—no queues, no chaos, no losing the will to live (name change included where applicable)
- HANIS Verification (Skip the Queue)

This option includes no ceremony whatsoever - Strictly the legal paperwork only. Faster than a Kentucky Drive-through & more convenient than Checkers60!
Got Uncle Sam or Aunt Mavis doing the ceremony? Or just not into the whole ceremony thing? No problem. This is strictly the legal bit—no vows, no rings, no bells or whistles. We arrive, you stand up with your two witnesses, say a very simple “I do,” sign the register… and you’re legally married.
That’s it. Quick, easy, done.
- Officiant travels to your venue (Travel rates apply)
- We authenticate all relevant documents beforehand
- Officiant conducts a legal declaration with two witnesses present
- We complete the Civil Union/Marriage register before hand – you sign after the declaration and receive a copy of same for your records.
- We handle full registration of your marriage personally on your behalf at Home Affairs – you don’t have to stand in queues. Includes name change on the SA population data base where applicable.
- Officiant travels to your venue (Travel rates apply)

We make use of a private verification company to obtain your HANIS on your behalf at a fee of R125 per HANIS.
- Premarital coaching with our in-house coach, Carrie Nidd. Carrie is an ICF accredited life coach, a Jai Parenting coach, and a STAR Leadership coach with a degree in industrial and general psychology. Beyond her qualifications, she has learned how to connect to people from all walks of life and all ages. Specialising in relationship coaching and especially focusing on pre-marital coaching, Carrie’s pre-marital course will set you up for a lifetime of marital bliss. Registration Plus - Legal Registration with vows & ring exchanges
This option is for a “softer” version of a basic legal registration
THIS OPTION INCLUDES NO CEREMONY WHATSOEVER. No fuss—just the legal bit with a little heart. You’ll stand with your two witnesses, say a simple “I do,” exchange vows (your own or repeat-after-the- officiant), exchange rings, sign the register… and you’re married. Quick, easy, done.
You’ll need:
Two witnesses (18+ with valid SA ID)
Where:
At your venue, or at our Ballito office (you + two witnesses only—municipal rules, not ours)
- Officiant conducts the legal declaration
- You exchange rings and share your vows (your own or repeat-after-me)
- Marriage Register prepared in advance—sign straight after (you get a copy)
- We handle the Home Affairs registration—no queues, no hassle
- Name change processed on the SA population database where applicable
- You simply collect your marriage certificate from Home Affairs once it’s ready

No ceremony, vows, ring exchanges etc. It takes place in our Ballito office where we will simply ask you stand up in the presence of your two witnesses, ask you each in turn to make the legal declaration (don’t panic – you just have to say “I do” to the question the Officiant will put to you), complete the paperwork and sign the Register. Just bring your 2 witnesses along to sign the register with you. Faster than a Kentucky Drive-thru! Regret no more than your 2 witnesses permitted on the premises – municipal rules, not ours!
